All good things must come to an end......well not all .... yes this is the end of one of our greatest seasons I can remember but there is 1 thing we will not let end and that is our unbeaten record. 1 more game and that is a full season, not many teams can say they have had 1 of those and now it is in our reach. Not a time to be complacent though, yes we put 100 points past our opponents at the start of the season but they have improved massively since then and had some good wins along the way so we will need to be on our A game to pull it off. A look back at the previous games and what has stuck out is the work around the park we have put in for each other which has shown every time our backs have been against the wall, we have turned it around and come out on top.
Last week was a big disappointment with the game being off but a massive plus the number of us who got down to support the 2nd team cup final that never was, this is another example of how we have grown , supporting the other teams and truly working towards being 1 club now if we just knew what was happening it would be great please Durham RFU?
Back to the bus trip, we are setting off back at 18:45 so will be early enough to join the rest of the club with 1st Home V Kendal, 2nds home V Novos, Colts home V Northern what a way to celebrate than getting the 4 W's and getting on it.
After this we have the awards,
11th is the club dinner, if you haven't already let me know, I need to know your intentions.
I have clear leaders in all our award categories so no more needed unless you want to.
The league presentation is 25th and will be getting names for that soon.
As I started....all good things must come to an end .....well after the league does on Saturday we want to be looking back on it and in the words of Sinatra know that we did it our way 3,3,3TM #OSIOS
