After starting to assemble this u12 team towards the end of last season, the work the group have put in during pre-season was due to be put on show today, as we welcomed Darlington, as well as Gateshead and Consett. The girls did really well, brave in the contact on both sides of the ball with some outstanding line breaks and tackles. Most playing in their first game of rugby ever, the girls all held themselves well. The future is bright for this group.
