From the opening whistle, Billingham played with tempo and intent. Sharp handling, excellent support play and intelligent running lines repeatedly stretched the opposition defence, creating space across the pitch and allowing Billingham's attacking players to flourish.

The scoring started early when McKenna Spowart crossed for the first of her two tries. With Amy Ryan adding the extras, Billingham quickly found their rhythm. Further scores from Amy Ryan, Alyx Coward, Kacey Richards, Brooke Thomas, Orla Trimble and Neve Davison showcased the depth of attacking talent throughout the squad, with Ryan's accurate kicking helping maintain scoreboard pressure.

Despite the score line, Blaydon/Ryton/Consett never stopped competing. They proved particularly strong around the breakdown, working hard to secure possession and disrupt Billingham's ball. Their pace across the park also posed a threat whenever they found space, and a well-earned try shortly before half-time rewarded their efforts.

Billingham's defence was equally impressive as their attack. The side worked tirelessly for each other, showing excellent organisation, strong tackling and a willingness to scramble when required. Time and again they shut down dangerous situations and prevented their opponents from building momentum.

The second half continued in much the same fashion, with Billingham maintaining their intensity and moving the ball confidently through multiple phases. Summer Kidson added the final score of the afternoon to cap another well-worked attacking move and complete an outstanding team performance. FT 59 - 5

The final score reflected a clinical Billingham performance, combining ruthless attack with solid defence, but full credit must also go to a well drilled Blaydon/Ryton/Consett side who competed hard throughout.
