With Nathan Myers and a Wirral player in the bin Billingham quickly passed the ball wide which was a rarity for a Billingham side for in form Liam King to carry 3 Wirral tacklers over the line. Evans with the kick made it 17-7.

Wirral continued to make head way on the BillIngham defence but with strong tackles by Joe Evans and Foulds kept Wirral at bay.

It was Wirral on the attack again that set up the next try. A spilt ball, a scramble for the ball saw replacement Ben Walton pick up from 70 metres out and out sprint the Wirral back line. Not bad for a second row!!.
