Match Preview

Last weekend the squad were given a simple brief! Be ruthless, although winning, other than the Boro game we hadn't dominated a game, dominate is just what we did, for almost the full 80 we were in total control ending in an 11 try victory. Great credit to Bishop but our combination of pace, movement and power was just too much.
This week brings a very different challenge, Acklam are a team we know very well having played their various squads over a number of years, one thing we do know is if we underestimate they are dangerous. Other than the 1st game, they are the only squad who have scored 4 tries against us so we know we need to build from a strong defence and grow from there.
Once again we have a large squad, testement to what we have achieved so far that everyone wants to play but remember everyone has payed a part in that.
So it is the 2nd home game in a row, with the 1st team entertaining Rossendale and revealing the new away strip I expect a large crowd to be at Greenwood road, lets give them an option of what they want to watch and turn on the style again.
