Great First Match & Win

Our First Contact match of the season couldn't have gone any better. Lovely Weather, great Host team, Win & above all had fun.
Kids were superstars.

Team - Lexie, Ava, Emily, Arran, Alex, Lenny, & Joe

Emily was the first to score within the first 5 minutes. She has only been with us 3 weeks so definitely a star in the making.
We played 3 sets of 15minutes.
First Set 6-2 to Billingham - Alex, Emily & Ava
Second Set 6-3 to Billingham - Alex, Lexie, Arran & Joe
Third Set 5-4 to Billingham - Joe, Arran & Alex

Couple of Minor Injuries to Bishop stopped play but rallied on.
Some great tackles. Bishop certainly came out strong in the last set and was difficult to get that last try in the last 2 minutes.

Overall a superb game and really proud of them all. Looking forward to the season ahead.
Really difficult to choose player of the match but in the end the only deciding factor was Try's - Alex B
