A massive thanks goes to Beverley for making the trip despite missing a few of their boys, returning the fixture after we traveled there last season. Good luck this year in your quest for promotion.

The game was refereed well by Gareth Foreman who let the game flow as we avoided kicking for sticks to maximize time (this seemed like a good idea until the sun came out) we ran out large winners but Beverley put up a great defensive shift which will benefit them i am sure.

Great to finally get out and blow the cobwebs off, a much smaller squad will travel to Otley this Saturday in what will be a challenge against a level 4 team.

This will be followed by a large squad training session on the 25th which all will be expected to attend.

Lets keep the fantastic numbers up!
