Calling all club members, pre season is about to start again for the new season, Tuesday the 16th at 6.30 will see the start of preparation for the new season. The sessions are open to everyone from under 16s up to seniors. Anyone who is looking for the chance to get in shape for the summer this is the perfect opportunity to come down, work hard and maybe reengage with the sport and some old friends. I hope to see you all down next week. (remember always bring trainers and mouldies)
