20th June 6.30 start. Trainers and clean Boots required for every session.
It’s that time of year again! Pre-season will commence on the above date.
Please note the starting time and its importance with the new pitch as it will stay the same all year [6.30].
Dates for diary are, pre-season games on 12th 19th and 26th of August.

As always we will be running the extra fitness/Skills session every Saturday.
Let’s build on last year’s fantastic achievements by all teams.

With the AGP now just needing the last sign off, let’s get the numbers down for the last couple of touch sessions, take advantage and get used to the surface. Hopefully ease us into the fitness.
