The cobwebs will probably not have had time to form, but we are on the trail again.
Tuesday the 17th of June is the date for your diary, training will be tough and enjoyable if you have a sadistic side. training will start at 6.30 and from the off there will be a ball involved, something new for this summer. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability or age. See you all Tuesday 7 days to go.
