Following the fantastic news of Ben Walton and Adam Sunley making the North England u20s squad, 3 of our colts side travelled to Selby to play Yorkshire for the County u17s.

Lewis Bollands, Reece Kundu and Max Rafferty all played a key part however Durham came off 2nd best with Yorkshire winning 24-12.

Max Rafferty who has an excellent scoring record for the county continued his exploits and scored one of Durhams tries.

This is great promotion for the talent in the club. Yesterday we saw 2 x 17 year olds play first team in the National Leagues!

On top of that we had 5 Colts play thirds.

We really do place emphasis on youth and this continues to make the headlines for the club!
