Ellis Genge has recently been outspoken claiming there is a class split at the heart of rugby.

Eliis believes there is a private-school mould stopping rugby from progressing.

Ellis stated 'Because of the how I look, act, where I'm from, I get looked at differently!'

Ellis claimed that he never made any of the age-group teams because he felt his face didn't fit, he was working class!.

Is there a private-school mould in rugby? And is it stopping the game from progressing?

If so, how do we get around this... how do we stop those kids falling away from rugby who have the talent to be successful? What are the private schools doing differently?
