Great opportunity to volunteer for an exciting new position.

Following our AGM, we introduced a number of new ‘operational’ committees. One of these, is a new ‘Facilities Committee’ and we are seeking a volunteer to act as Chair of this committee. The Facilities Committee will consist of both Grounds and House Officers as well as volunteers and will report into the Executive Committee via the Director of Rugby Operations.

This role is key to ensure we deliver on the needs of our facilities including pitches and clubhouse in line with our Club Development Plan and to ensure that these are managed on a timely basis and in line with budget. The ideal candidate will have good organizational, communication and written skills, understand the basics of project or program management and know how to collaborative in a positive and effective manner.

This is an exciting time to be part of Billingham Rugby Club and our club, which remains and upholds the value of amateur rugby, need volunteers to help us achieve our goals.
