2 games - 2 wins

A monumental effort from the 1st team squad at Hull and a debut win for the 3TM on the AGP.

A swirling wind added to the task of beating a much bigger and fancied Hull team.

With running rugby to a minimum it was keep ball and steal hard yards. Strong carries from the boys up front throughout the game set the tone. Dano bringing his kicking boots in the end proving crucial.

Danny Dixon carrying 3 Hull players over the line for a first half try and Adam Gardner with a great line in the second half. With the conversations and penalties holding on to win the game 23-17.

The last 15 minutes spent camped in our 22 time and time again scrambling to keep Hull at bay. Fantastic commitment by 1-18 holding on for a memorable away day victory.

Another challenge next week when we host Birkenhead Park. Who will bring another physical test. Training over the past 2 weeks set the tone for this win, the same will be required this week.

The 3TM played their first game on the AGP running out winners 49-5 against newtonians. Another great result from a group that really have kicked on this season.
